1Venue & header

Golf course / venue *iSets the top banner photo and the venue name in the bottom black bar. Address & accolade auto-fill and stay editable.

Address line (prints in the black bar)iThe black bar near the bottom. Prints as BLUEJACK NATIONAL • 4430 FM 1486 • MONTGOMERY, TX 77316.

Accolade band (optional red bar)iOptional red strip above the address, e.g. A TOP 100 COURSE IN THE U.S.A. Use " • " to split onto two lines. Leave blank to hide it.

2Event dates

Start date *iFills the blue day/date banner and the itinerary day headings automatically. Add an End date for multi-day events.

End date (optional / multi-day)

Day line (auto — editable)iTop blue line of the banner, e.g. TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY. Auto-built from your dates — edit if you want different wording.

Date line (auto — editable)iLarge blue date, e.g. AUGUST 4th & 5th, 2026. Ordinals (th/st/nd/rd) print as small superscripts.

3Itinerary

Layout iSingle column: itinerary on the left, players on the right (best for a one-day trip). Two columns: a column per day, players below (best for overnight).

Red highlight notes (overnight / special — optional)iBold red line under the itinerary, e.g. OVERNIGHT STAY - COTTAGE 43 & 46. Add as many as you need.

4Players

Section titleiThe black bar label above the names, e.g. PLAYERS or PARTICIPANTS.

Group byiCottage/Suite = red headings for overnight stays. Foursome = golf pairings for day trips. Company = grouped by firm. Simple list = no headings. One group centers; 2–4 balance across two columns.

5Sponsor · Host · Guests

Sponsor line(s) (HMC manufacturer brand — search library or upload)iLeft SPONSOR cell. The HMC manufacturer footing the event, e.g. A. O. Smith, Watts. Add 1–3.

Upload logo

Host (HMC corporate or a specific HMC group)iCenter HOST cell. Defaults to the Hugh M. Cunningham Companies badge; switch to a group (Plumbing Mechanical, HVAC, Oklahoma…) when a group hosts.

Shown in the centre HOST cell of the flyer.

Guest line(s) (distributors / contractors — upload, or search library)iRight GUESTS cell. Distributor/contractor logos, e.g. Reece, Ferguson, Coburns. Upload from your drive; an odd one centers on the bottom row.
